Job summary

Essenti Talent seeks a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware via a mobile store to diverse sectors. You will prospect new customers, present solutions, and manage the mobile store’s operations and reporting.

You must reside in the assigned territory, own or lease a mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving record. A strong, independent work style and a history of achieving quotas are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong tenure history with limited job hopping (max 3 employers in 10 years).
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets using databases, spreadsheets, and business tools.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects near existing customers and make face-to-face calls.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep mobile store clean and functional; submit daily sales reports.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contacts and notes in company software.
