Job summary

Essenti Talent is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver mobile industrial hardware to customers within a defined geographic territory. The role requires ownership of a mobile store and the ability to drive sales through face-to-face visits and proactive prospecting.

Candidates must reside in the assigned territory and be able to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle. A clean driving history and physical ability to move around a mobile storefront are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background, with a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by developing new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on nearby businesses; make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations of your mobile store, including cleanliness, operation, marketing, and reporting daily sales data.
• Data integrity: maintain customer contact information in company software.
