Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined geographic territory. The role focuses on cold-calling and prospecting to build new business, using a fully stocked mobile store to present products.

Candidates should reside in the assigned territory, be able to acquire or lease a mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving record. The position requires physical ability to kneel and bend regularly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong tenured background with a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and to meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell to new customers within the defined territory.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and the mobile store.
• Maintain the mobile store's cleanliness, operation, and marketing; submit daily sales reports.
• Maintain accurate customer contact information in company software.
