Job summary

Ashford Connex, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to bring our mobile hardware store directly to customers across a defined geographic territory. The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and face-to-face sales to a broad spectrum of industrial sectors.

You must reside in the territory, have the ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving history. Physical ability to kneel and bend is required to support regular in-field demonstrations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong job stability; max three companies in 10 years.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Continually maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
