Job summary

ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined territory using a fully stocked mobile store. You will conduct cold calls, develop new prospects, and present solutions via sample boards and on-site demos.

Requirements include residence within the territory, ability to purchase/lease a mobile store vehicle, and a clean driving history. Strong independence, analytics, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
Must have a strong tenured background, no job hopping; the ideal candidate has a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills. Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications is expected.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and a proven history of goal attainment.

Responsibilities

Prospect and sell: develop new sales prospects near existing customers and cold/warm calls.
Present solutions: use sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
Manage operations: keep mobile store clean and report daily sales/orders.
Data integrity: maintain customer contact data in company software.
