H.T. Prof Executive Search seeks a Territory Manager for a client that operates a mobile industrial hardware store. You will deliver hardware to customers within a defined geographic territory through cold calling, face-to-face visits, and a mobile storefront.

You must reside in the territory, be capable of purchasing or leasing a mobile store vehicle, and maintain a clean driving history. The role emphasizes hands-on sales, field operations, and a proven, goal-driven track record.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong tenure history; max 3 companies in 10 years.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm sales prospects.
• Present Solutions: Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store. Submit complete and accurate daily business reports detailing sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Continually maintain customer contact information—including notes, names, phone numbers, and addresses—using company software.
