Essenti Talent is seeking a Territory Manager to run a fully stocked mobile store, delivering industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined territory. This role emphasizes aggressive prospecting, on-site product demonstrations, and diligent operational management of the mobile store.

You will need a high school diploma, a stable work history with minimal job-hopping, and the ability to travel within the territory, maintain a clean driving record, and operate a mobile storefront

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Tenure: strong background with max 3 companies in 10 years.
• Skills: analytical, reasoning, organizational skills; proficient with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business apps.
• Independent worker with a proven track record of meeting goals.

Responsabilités

• Prospect and sell: develop new prospects, call on businesses near existing customers, perform face-to-face calls.
• Present solutions: demonstrate products using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage operations: keep mobile store clean, functional, and report daily sales and prospect data.
• Data integrity: maintain customer contacts in company software.
