Your Talent Team is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales by delivering a mobile store experience to customers across a defined geographic territory. The role emphasizes prospecting, presenting solutions, and maintaining operations to support service levels in the industrial sector.

Candidates should reside in the assigned territory, be able to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle, and demonstrate a strong, stable work history.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background, no job hopping; the ideal candidate has a maximum of 3 companies over the past 10 years.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and a proven history of goal attainment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: Develop new sales prospects through research, referrals, and calling on nearby businesses; make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
• Present Solutions: Demonstrate products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: Keep your mobile store clean, functional, and properly reported; submit daily sales orders and prospect calls.
• Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information and notes in company software.
