Talent With Heart seeks a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers via a fully stocked mobile store within a defined geographic territory. The role involves cold-calling, prospecting, and face-to-face sales to diverse sectors.

The candidate must reside in the territory, be able to purchase or lease an approved mobile store vehicle, maintain a clean driving history, and operate the mobile store physically. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• Tenured background; max 3 companies in last 10 years.
• Must reside within assigned territory and be able to procure mobile store vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Prospect & Sell:Develop new sales prospects and call on businesses near existing customers.
• Present Solutions:Use sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations:Keep the mobile store clean, functional, and report daily sales.
• Data Integrity:Maintain customer contact information in company software.
