Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on T-Mobile solutions and apps.
• Use self-serve tools, identify needs, and apply solution-based selling.
• On-board customers and collaborate with nearby stores to support experience.
