Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail preferred.
• Coaching, communication, and consultative selling skills.
• Strong customer engagement and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to identify customer needs and explain solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a busy retail environment using digital tools.
• Demonstrate and explain T-Mobile products and services to customers.
• Complete training on in-store processes and on-board customers, including keys/assets security.
• Build relationships with customers and nearby leadership to support account setup and service.
