Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a busy retail setting using digital tools and clear communication.
• Demonstrates and explains T-Mobile products and services, leveraging solution-based selling.
• Completes training on in-store processes, reviews promotions, and stays customer-ready.
• On-board customers, manage store operations, and protect assets with proper procedures.
• Builds relationships with leadership and teams to support account setup and device support.
