Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to energize National Sales partner locations and bring the T-Mobile brand to life. In a fast-paced, high-traffic retail setting, you’ll engage customers, educate them on wireless products, and demonstrate the value of our solutions while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

You’ll train on in-store processes, use digital tools, and work toward performance targets with incentive opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Flexible, reliable with strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages customers in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Demonstrates and explains T-Mobile solutions to meet customer needs.
• Uses digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding.
• Completes training and stays Customer Ready.
• Builds relationships with local leadership to support the customer experience.
