Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• Approximately 6 months of customer service or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize digital tools and self-serve options to educate customers and drive solution-based selling.
• Complete store training, stay updated on promotions, and onboard customers with store processes.
• Build relationships with local leadership to support account setup and device servicing.
