Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of our brand in a busy warehouse/club kiosk setting.

You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced environment, helping customers stay connected to what matters most. You will receive hands-on training, work with digital tools, and build relationships to drive sales while delivering a memorable customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate and demonstrate products, and showcase benefits to drive sales.
• Complete training on store-in-store processes, products, and systems to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Build rapport, identify customer needs, follow up, and expand sales through referrals and Be Back opportunities.
