T-Mobile US Inc. is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk.

You will energize customers, educate them on benefits, and demonstrate products in a fast-paced, high-traffic setting while delivering outstanding service. Role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to drive sales through consultative selling and referrals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsabilités

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools and educating customers about benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Build rapport, trust, and loyalty with customers; attract potential customers and follow up with referrals; manage Be Back processes and relationships.
