Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of our brand in a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You’ll energize customers, educate them on products, and demonstrate benefits while delivering outstanding service in a busy retail environment.

You will learn our new skills, products, and processes through training and contribute to sales activity by building relationships, following up with customers, and driving referrals. We value energy, passion, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate customers and showcase the value of T-Mobile's benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, including systems and reference resources; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
• Provide exceptional service, build rapport, and drive sales by attracting potential customers, following up, collecting referrals, and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers.
