T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring for Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of our brand inside a warehouse/club kiosk. You’ll educate customers, demonstrate products, and help connect people with the solutions that matter most.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service or sales experience in a retail setting is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; continuously improve skills.
• Provide exceptional service, educate customers, and drive sales while building rapport and loyalty.
