T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of T-Mobile inside a warehouse/club kiosk.

You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and provide outstanding service in a fast-paced environment to help customers stay connected to what matters most. You will receive training on the store-in-store experience and products, develop strong product knowledge, and thrive on helping customers find the right solutions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase the value of benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and reference resources; participate in skills practice and store operations.
• Build rapport with customers, influence purchases, attract referrals, and manage Be Back processes to drive sales.
