Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Store-in-Store Mobile Associates to be the face of T-Mobile in a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions while delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools and demonstrating value of benefits.
• Complete training on store-in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems to provide best customer experience.
• Attract potential customers, drive sales, build rapport, follow up, collect referrals, and nurture relationships with new and existing customers.
