T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Store-in-Store Mobile Associate to be the face of the brand in a warehouse/club kiosk setting. You will educate customers, demonstrate products, and help them stay connected, while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, completing training, and proactively driving sales. The role requires a high school diploma and customer service or sales experience; travel is not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of retail customer service or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete training on store-in-store experience, products, processes, systems, and resources; participate in knowledge sharing and store operations.
