Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, to bring the brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting, identify needs, and demonstrate wireless solutions while delivering exceptional service and hitting sales targets.

Role includes comprehensive training, opportunities for growth, and access to a broad benefits package including stock grants and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Complete training on the in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; review results and updates to stay Customer Ready at all times.
• Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
