Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages customers in a high-traffic retail setting.
• Utilizes digital self-serve tools and demonstrates value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Completes training on in-store processes, updates knowledge via Hub, and on-boards customers.
• Builds relationships with customers and nearby teams to support account setup and device support.
