Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educate on solutions, and use solution-based selling to demonstrate value.

Training is provided and you’ll be eligible for incentives and a stock grant as part of the Total Rewards. With a high-energy pace, you’ll build relationships, meet quality-of-sale metrics, and contribute to a seamless customer experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, educates customers, showcases value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to demonstrate value and deepen relationships.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; perform store operations and opening/closing procedures; manage keys/assets.
• Exhibit customer-obsessed service, follow up with customers, capture referrals, manage Be Back processes, and build relationships with new and existing customers.
• Builds relationships with leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
