You will use digital tools, build rapport, and help customers self-serve through the T-Mobile app, while delivering an exceptional experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and educating customers on T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value through solution-based selling and onboarding support.
• Complete training on products, processes, and systems; onboard customers and ensure store operations are followed.
