Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life at National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, educate them on solutions, and showcase the value of our wireless offerings in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment.

You’ll learn the in-store process, use digital tools, and be coached to exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional service. Building relationships and identifying customer needs are core to the role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and showcases the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to demonstrate products and services.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to deepen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with nearby store locations to onboard customers and support store operations.
