T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate (Store-in-Store) to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations.

This role emphasizes active customer engagement, educating and recommending solutions, and building lasting relationships in a fast-paced retail environment. Education includes a High School Diploma or GED, with 6 months of customer service or retail sales experience recommended.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment. You will use digital tools, communicate effectively, educate customers, and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• As a Mobile Associate, you will leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding, identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Complete training on the in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; review personal results, promotions, and Hub updates to stay Customer Ready; partner with nearby stores for onboarding; perform duties including opening/closing, handling keys, and asset security.
• Be customer-obsessed, friendly, and engage with customers; follow up with customers, capture referrals, manage Be Back processes, and build relationships; may perform price overrides for specialty offers.
• Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
