Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, educate on solutions, and use digital tools to demonstrate value.

You will contribute to a high-energy retail environment and strive to exceed performance targets while building lasting customer relationships. Roles include onboarding customers, following up, and participating in store operations.

Qualifications

• Coaching required.
• Strong communication and consultative selling abilities.
• Ability to identify customer needs and educate customers on solutions.
• Experience in sales and relationship building in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase value.
• Leverage digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding; apply solution-based selling to demonstrate value.
• Complete training on in-store processes, products, and systems; onboard customers and maintain readiness.
• Build rapport, follow up with customers, manage referrals, and support Be Back processes; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers and participate in store operations.
