Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates for National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, demonstrate wireless solutions, and educate on self-serve tools to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service/sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Complete training on the in-store experience, products, processes and systems; review results and stay customer-ready.
• Be customer-obsessed: engage, build rapport, and exceed expectations; follow up with customers and manage referrals.
• Collaborate with nearby store locations to onboard customers and support store operations.
