Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates to join the Retail Team in a busy store-in-store environment. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless solutions, and use digital tools to demonstrate value while meeting sales targets.

Role requires strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills, with on-the-job training and ongoing performance coaching. Comprehensive benefits and stock-based incentives are part of the total rewards package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools to educate and demonstrate value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to showcase wireless products and services; assist onboarding and app usage.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; maintain customer-ready knowledge via Hub updates.
• Build rapport with customers, follow up, capture referrals, manage Be Back processes, and support price overrides for certain offers.
• Collaborate with nearby store teams to onboard customers and ensure a seamless experience.
