Job summary

T-Mobile is looking for Mobile Associates to energize the in-store experience at partner locations. You’ll engage customers in a fast-paced environment, educate them on devices and plans, and demonstrate how to self-serve via the T-Mobile app.

You’ll leverage digital tools, build rapport, and drive sales while ensuring outstanding service. Ideal candidates have 6 months of customer service or sales experience, a High School diploma or GED, and strong teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Customer satisfaction oriented; passionate about helping customers.
• Teamwork and retail sales ability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and effective communication to educate and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate value of products and services.
• Complete training on in-store processes, review promotions, and stay customer-ready at all times.
• Build relationships with nearby store teams to support customer experience from set-up to device support and servicing.
