Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations, engaging customers and identifying needs to recommend solutions. You will excel in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail setting and focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Retail environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a highly-traffic retail environment and educates them on T-Mobile solutions.
• Leverages digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to demonstrate value and drive sales.
• Completes training on in-store processes, reviews current promotions, and stays customer-ready; supports store onboarding and asset security.
