Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in partner locations. You will engage customers, educate on products, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

You must have a High School diploma and at least 6 months in customer service or sales. The role offers base pay plus training pay and incentives, plus eligibility for stock and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in Retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools and educating on T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value by recommending wireless solutions and onboarding in the T-Mobile app.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing.
