Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store to actively engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate them on T-Mobile products, and drive solution-based sales.

You will build relationships, identify customer needs, and provide exceptional service across store operations. Successful candidates will have strong communication, coaching, and consultative selling skills, plus the ability to work with digital tools and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educate on T-Mobile solutions, and showcase value.
• Utilize digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding, identify needs, and demonstrate solutions.
• Complete training on the in-store experience, review promotions, and stay customer ready; onboard customers with store teams.
