Job summary

T-Mobile USA is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store, to bring the T-Mobile brand to life at National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers in a high-traffic environment, educate them on solutions, and deepen relationships through consultative selling and proactive outreach.

The role emphasizes training, product knowledge, and customer-first service, with opportunities to grow into leadership and additional incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a highly-traffic retail environment using digital tools and effective communication to educate and showcase value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate T-Mobile products and onboarding solutions.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; review results and promotions to stay Customer Ready; on-board customers with partner locations as needed.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customer experience from account setup to device support and servicing.
