Responsibilities

• Use solution-based selling to demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Complete training on in-store processes and product knowledge; stay customer ready.
• Build rapport, follow up, capture referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
• Collaborate with nearby stores to onboard customers and support account setup.
