Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment to showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital tools to educate, demonstrate, and sell products and services.
• Follow on-the-job training and stay up-to-date with promos and Hub updates.
• Build rapport, manage referrals, Be Back processes, and expand customer relationships.
• Collaborate with nearby store teams to onboard customers and protect assets.
