Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to energize retail partner locations and engage customers with the latest devices and services. They will be ambassadors who create energy, educate customers, and demonstrate solutions in a high-traffic environment.

You will learn the T-Mobile in-store experience, leverage digital tools, and apply solution-based selling to meet targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educate on and showcase T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital self-serve tools during interactions and onboarding to demonstrate value of products and services.
• Complete training on in-store processes, products, and systems; review promotions and stay customer-ready.
• Build relationships with nearby stores and support customer account setup and servicing.
