Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates for Store-in-Store roles in a high-traffic retail setting. You will engage customers, educate them on solutions, and use solution-based selling to meet targets while learning the in-store experience and procedures.

You will also support onboarding and collaborate with nearby stores to ensure exceptional customer service. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience preferred in retail.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Demonstrates and educates customers on T-Mobile solutions; identifies needs and applies solution-based selling.
• Undergoes brand training and remains customer-ready, opening/closing procedures and asset security.
• Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
