Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate (Store-in-Store) to engage customers in a high-traffic retail setting, educate them on T-Mobile solutions, and drive sales with a service-first approach.

You will build relationships, identify needs, and guide customers through onboarding and self-serve tools while achieving performance targets and maintaining exceptional service quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Educate customers and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions; use solution-based selling.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; stay customer-ready.
