T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring a Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations and engage customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will educate, demonstrate, and recommend solutions, using digital tools to help customers self-serve and connect them with the right plans and devices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Demonstrate and explain T-Mobile products and services to customers.
• Onboard customers and guide them to self-serve through the T-Mobile app.
• Build rapport, follow up, and manage Be Back processes to drive sales.
• Collaborate with store leadership to support the customer experience.
