T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Associate (Store-in-Store) to engage customers in a high-traffic retail environment, educate them on wireless solutions, and drive sales results.

You will use digital tools to identify needs and demonstrate value, while delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with customers. As part of the team, you will complete in-store training, stay updated on promotions, and work with nearby locations to onboard customers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail environment, using digital tools and educating customers on T-Mobile solutions.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value of products and services using solution-based selling techniques.
• Complete training on in-store processes, products, and systems, stay customer ready, and onboard customers across nearby locations.
• Build relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from setup to device support and servicing.
