Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in retail is preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools and educate customers on T-Mobile solutions.
• Demonstrate value of products and services and apply solution-based selling techniques to meet customer needs.
• Complete training on in-store processes, review promotions, and assist with onboarding customers to T-Mobile apps and services.
