Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, demonstrate solutions, and use digital tools to educate and guide purchases.

In this role you’ll undergo training and support store operations while delivering exceptional service. You will focus on understanding customer needs, building relationships, and meeting sales targets through consultative selling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools.
• Demonstrate and explain the value of T-Mobile solutions to customers.
• Complete training on in-store processes, products, and systems; apply knowledge to assist customers.
• Build rapport, trust, and loyalty; capture referrals and manage Be Back processes.
