Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on T-Mobile products and services, applying solution-based selling.
• Complete training on in-store processes, review promotions, and ensure Customer Ready status at all times.
• Build relationships with nearby teams to support customer experience from setup to device support.
