Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking Mobile Associates to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations.

You will engage customers, educate them on products, and demonstrate value through solution-based selling in a fast-paced retail environment. You will complete in-store training, work with nearby stores to onboard customers, and strive to exceed sales targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools.
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Complete training on products, processes, and store operations; assist in onboarding customers and maintaining store readiness.
• Provide exceptional service, build rapport, and drive sales while meeting quality of sale metrics.
