Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to engage with customers in busy retail environments, educate them on wireless solutions, and drive sales with a customer-focused approach.

You will complete training, onboard customers, and collaborate with store teams to ensure smooth operations and optimal customer experiences. This role emphasizes relationship building and solution-based selling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. (Preferred)
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment.
• Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, products, processes, and systems; onboard customers and support store operations.
• Builds relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support.
