T-Mobile is hiring a Mobile Associate to energize our National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and guide them through the value of T-Mobile solutions.

The role emphasizes relationship building, solution selling, and exceptional service in a busy retail setting. Candidates should have a High School diploma and at least 6 months in customer service or sales; training and benefits are provided as part of Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience preferred in retail.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail setting using digital tools.
• Demonstrate and educate customers about T-Mobile solutions and benefits.
• Build rapport, identify needs, and drive sales while delivering excellent service.
• Support store operations, including onboarding customers and following security procedures.
