Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to bring the brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You'll engage customers in a high-traffic environment, educate on products, and drive solution-based selling.

You will complete in-store training, onboard customers, and build lasting relationships while meeting performance metrics. Requirements include a High School diploma and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (Required).
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. (Required).
• Customer Satisfaction: passionate advocate for the customer experience.
• Team Building: collaborate with peers and store leaders to resolve issues.
• Retail Sales: competitive drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high-traffic retail setting and highlight the value of T-Mobile solutions.
• Use digital tools to educate customers and showcase products; apply solution-based selling.
• Complete in-store training, stay customer-ready, and onboard customers with care.
• Be customer-obsessed: build rapport, follow up, capture referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
• Collaborate with nearby leadership to support the customer experience from setup to device support.
