T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store to bring the T-Mobile brand to life in National Sales partner locations. You will engage customers, educate them on wireless solutions, and demonstrate value through solution-based selling.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment using digital tools
• Identify customer needs and demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services
• Complete training on in-store processes and partner with nearby stores to onboard customers
• Build relationships with store leadership to support the customer experience from setup to device support
